Keep looking - the price is good, but the place isn't

where do I start:
no place to park - sometimes have to walk a block away to get to apartment
car broken into twice
maintenence doesn't want to fix anything and has to keep coming back
the office staff is rude after you move in and won't respond to anything
people hanging around the workout facility at night - scarey
bugs in my apartment
huge utility bills - of all the places that I have lived, it was never this bad
you can feel the air coming in through the windows
