The Ethans

i've lived here for two years From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I've lived in the Ethans for 2 years and I am soon moving out. The parking is HORRIBLE they don't have enough spots for every tenant so most times it's a hike to your apt or you have to park on the street. In the winter time they are horrible about cleaning up the snow and ice, every road around you may be clear, but you won't be able to get out of your apt complex. The office will not hold any packages for you so if you work mon-fri 8-5 you should try to have any packages delivered to your job. The office staff is friendly but ignorant about any policies. They will only come clean debris from the outside of the apt if requested by a tenant. And if you have a flat tire on your vehicle they will threaten to tow your vehicle.
