(user photo) (user photo) Mold on the ceiling in master shower, called twice about it, only sprayed bleach, and painted over. (user photo) however small, it's a urine stain from the raccoons that lived in the ceiling. called, they sprayed bleach and painted over, but it's back. (user photo) Large urine stain above sliding glass door. Again from raccoons, and again sprayed bleach and painted over. Keeps coming back!

i lived there for two years it was the most auwful place to live in there ok on fist year lease and became mean after my second year lease so i decided to not sign a third lease cause of the staff and manager

THE STAFF LIES AND SCAMS PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY TOO. WHEN YOU MOVE-OUT, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A WALK-THRU. DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. THEY MAY LIE AND SAY THEY DON'T GIVE WALK-THRU'S OR COME UP WITH SOME EXCUSE ON WHY THEY DIDN'T CONTACT YOU. BEING PRESENT AT THE WALK-THRU IS YOUR RIGHT BY LAW. IF YOUR NOT PRESENT AT THE WALK-THRU, THEY WILL MAKE UP CHARGES TO TAKE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT. DO NOT CASH THE CHECK IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR FULL DEPOSIT, OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CHANCE TO RECOVER ANY MISSING FUNDS. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING, MAKE THEM PUT IT IN WRITING!!!!
