I have lived here at the Ethans for nearly 3 years, and my experience has been nothing but pleasant. I am a dog owner, and the walking trails are nice, clean, well lit, and safe!!!! I have never had a problem with either the office staff or the maintenance staff....most of the time when seen, each party says "HELLO", my neighbors are respectful and I think they must like living here also as I have the same ones living above me and across the hall. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a decent place to live. You get what u give, and get what u pay for....so enjoy your home and stop complaining about the small stuff....if u don't like it here, just go somewhere else!

small stuff would be things that u have no control of.....granted u have the right to rate this place on it's web-site.....it should be up to each of us as to what we are defining "acceptable", and by the way...I did give my opinion and left it at that.

I used to work here years ago and with the current management. I dont honestly think that they TRY to take advantage of people but I do beleive that some people may just not care as much as you should so that leads to the problems I see mentioned on this site.... people are still talking about the same stuff that took place years ago. And unfortunately, it may not be the direct office staff that makes the rules but they could be compassionate. Also keep in mind that the people higher up not on site are the ones they answer to and they are the worst! You will get no sympathy there. You would be amazed by the actual owner and what he thinks is important on site compared to what the residents are obviously asking for in their community. Maybe he would be interested in hearing it since Im sure no one would tell him in fear of it coming back on them and their job. Dont know his number but his name is Vern Schaller...Verns a nickname though....darn it! Its been too long...
