The Ethans is a horible place to live. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong! I had my motorcycle stolen from there and they refused to tell anyone there to be careful with there vehiles and also there have been several break ins at the Ethans. There were quite a few vehicle thefts from the Ethans. With every lease they should just give the renter a lojack for there car. Also my friend fell threw the rotten deck and got injured and they just covered it with a peice of ply wood for a couple of weeks untill they finaly fixed it(just put new boards where the broken ones were. Not actually fixed the problem and rebuilt the deck)

YEP! When you move out, ask for a walk-thru in writing, in order to get your full deposit back.The Ethans treats people wrong and has a rep. of being SLUMLORDS. Now that summer is near, get ready for even higher water bills. Never understood why tenants pay for watering the grass/dirt! Looks like there is more that you want to expose, to help others, take the time to do it. When the staff is not professional, file coplaints with an agency like H.U.D.
