People do NOT move in!. NO matter how nice these apartments look; it sucks! They take days to fix your ----! The HEALTH DEPARTMENT come to this place almost everyday! There's mold on the corner of the walls or outside of the apartment and termites!!!.. DONT LET THIS apartment FOOL you!!..

MOLD! They fix the mold with paint -lol-. As in, they just paint over it.

yep, painted over mine as well. Funny it keeps coming back... I don't get it...

Phila, yes they try to peal off the mold with some scraper and than paint over it!. than it comes back again, and stinks. Im surprised that place is still open.
