Wow - where do I start! This place is disgusting!

1)Only live here if you like bugs, and lots of them! I had 2 different complaints about millipedes. They did not send anyone the first time but did the second time. Worked for a few days but never completely took care of the issue. After picking up and bagging over 75 millipede everyday for 7 days I took them to the office and dumped them on the floor. They finally believed me! OH YEAH....I have pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!

2)whoever painted the place....SUCKS!!!!!!!

3)the water payment system website for payments.....SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4)the sheet rock in one of the bedrooms is peeling off of the walls.

5)washer/dryer/dishwasher that are included are very cheap and do not work well

6)grounds are not well kept

7)parking cars under the trees will eat the paint!

8)the squeeky floors and bed above us make for a long night when we 'aren't in the mood' and they are!!!!! And the 2-3 year old sounds like he is going to some through the floor!

9)the tubs are disgusting and can not be cleaned to the point they look clean.

If you haven't moved yet, read the previous reviews. They will try to scam you for some or all of your deposit, atleast the Ethans does in most cases. Take all precautions, and ask for a walk-thru in writing and get a signed copy. Only if people new about these reviews before they moved in.
