Run don't walk away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   The management will say anything to get you to sign. They have lied to us about everything starting with putting us in a building they knew would not be completed in time for our move-in. They have left us homeless for one month! They lied as to when the pool and fitness center would be completed. Also read all the points in their lease they have the most random rules I have ever seen. Just stay clear of this place!!!!! I really don't understand their "pet friendly" status either as pets are not allowed in the elevators, and the 35 pound rule is a farse. I can't say anything positive about this experience and I still don't know what my apartment is like as it still isn't finished and who knows if it ever will be. Just Run away and find someplace else to live. The streets are not even paved yet.
