I applied with these apartments on 01/20/07 it took a month before I was actually approved to move which kinda of dissapointed me. I wasnt ever really given a straight answer, but no one in the office was rude to me. Overall since I've moved into these apartments I have had no problems at all. I've been here for a year with two issue's and that is the hot water goes out kinda often, but the office staff has always been very prompt at filing a service ticket and gettung the issue fixed the same day as well as it seems to me the children dont have there parents wacthing them at times, I've seen several kids throwing trash down and just running around the parking lot which at times can be very dangerous. My apartment is very spacious and the design to me is very open. I hear people wallking around and tv's every once in a while but those are normal things that you should expect from staying in an apartment. I will consider staying here for another year due to convenience " its near the Mall, resteraunts, the freeway, family, and grocery stores" I never have to travel far to get anywhere to go shopping. The outside is kept pretty clean, the grass in is constantly kept up, office staff is very friendly, and the square footage and openess of the apartment is exactly what I was looking for. I cant speak on the other reviews cause I havent had the same issues as everyone else. "knock on wood" I will be updating this review and adding on to it if I have any issues that I think need to be heard.

Would you like to move someone else? If you are having this many problems getting into these apartment. Just think on how long it might take for you maintenance calls. As a leasing consultant you should give all your attention to your soon to be tenants. I am a very friendly person and I respect people and thier time. I would love to rent apartment to you.
