Turning into public housing

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have lived at the Orchards for over 14 months. I really do love my unit. It is a good size with all the necessary amenities. One problem is the children who obviously have no parents who care enough to teach them proper behavior. They run wild. As if all the yelling and screaming isn't enough, they go around setting off firecrackers, etc, getting into stuff, playing in parking lots and in general, reaking havic all over. Then there is a staff member who lives here and makes more noise than a semi driving through your livingroom and her children run the wildest. It is a constant problem of noise all night followed by intimidating looks if any complaint is made. Personally, I'm installing an alarm system because I fear someone like that having access to my apartment and don't feel it is safe to take my little ones to the pool with so many out of control children and teenagers around. This complex has so much potential, but it is going down with all the low income residents. When it's given for free it's not appreciated or taken care of and it's not fair for the rest of us who work hard and pay full rent to have to put up with the behavior of those who don't. Just a couple more years at this rate and you won't be able to distiguish it from any public housing projects in any city.
