First off let me just say if you want to see a bad place to live go to the Kings Manor Apartments in South Kansas City, I've lived there for 6 months and its been horrible. They told me they paid water which was a lie they're constantly on my butt for my rent even if i tell them its coming, this is a bad place to live.
The Orchards, which me and my girlfriend have just visited on the other hand was amazingly big, the staff was nice, the only thing we have to pay is electric, yeah there are some kids but you get that anywhere, the pool is small who really needs to swim, I give this place a 5 out of 5 in my book.
