Well first off I have been staying here close to a year and my lease is about up. I'm not for sure if I am going to renew my lease for another year but I know I will be here a couple months after my lease is up. The pricing here is wonderful. You can't beat it. The only thing wrong with that is you have to pay all utilities. Not bad, but some people don't like paying that much. I would reccommend the apartments to single parents or someone who needs somewhere to stay for awhile. The management is ok for the prices here. If you make a maintaneance request they answer it in a timely manner and theres one man that walks around it picks all the trash up and tries and keep the area clean. The pools are ok but they are always lots of people there so you have to go later in the day. The worst thing about the place is the roads. They have the biggest potholes in the street that it is ridicoulous. They try and fix them by covering them up with cement but that makes it worst. They need to redo the whole road. But overall I have had a great experience besides the little mishaps that occur. But hey the world isn't perfect so there will be problems.
