I like the new management they are fair and like any apartment noise is an issue with any people living in one location. But manager has addressed it and people now are listening after office is giving $250 fines. Location is great near highway and near to Brookside were we both work. Pool was awesome this summer and I like that they only have one entrance and one exit, and overall there is a sense of community and many events for tenants and kids to enjoy, also I have never had a problem since being here with service things are taken care of within 3 days at most and I have called on the emergency line and were out within 30 minutes. Overall I would rate this place a 9 - best apartments in this side of town, we lived all over raytown and this so far has been by far the best. I hate when people complain and don't have proof to back things up most of the time, these other people probably are being evicted for non-payment seems to be the trend lately everywhere.
