What a bad experience, my family and I lived as long as we lived there never felt appreciated and always something going bad in the community.
Couple of times cars were broken- into, an apartment was broken into in 2003, cars always parking on curbsides and potential accident everyday.
Lately the unfriendly management office proudly sent a letter to make resident aware of an incident happened that a man exposed himself to a female on the weekend of 25, 26 of June, Haaa!!! What a nice and safe community. DO NOT BE fooled by the location or the spacious apartment nothing worth your family safety and conformability.

If someone only lived here for a few months in 2005, how can they talk about things that have happened in years past! I love it here and feel very safe and have since I moved in 12/03

I think it was a very responsible thing they did in letting us know about the situation and they also had a small info meeting w/ pd dept giving us tips to protect ourselves. I have lived here for a year and love it. The staff is always looking out for us.

I wish the "security patrol" they offered appeared once in a while. With the children running around everywhere and a "flasher" running around it is necessary

Then you should move to all the other places in town that do not tell the residents if anything happens in the complex! "they proudly sent a letter" ARE YOU KIDDING???? HEY VINTAGE, Please continue to inform us! AT least they care and are resonsible- this web-site is crazy
