I have lived here for a year and I am VERY pleased!! The office staff is very professional!!!! They are always eager to help anytime I call or stop by. Maintenace responds to my work orders in a very timely manner. There are a few bugs since there is a creek and wooded view behind the buildings but everytime I call the office to tell them they send pest control out within a couple of days. My neighbors are nice, the property looks good, they just painted and did deck repairs. I would recommend this community to everyone!
