The washer and dryer, a big selling point are old and do a poor job at best. I no longer own anything white, it's all a dingy grey now, and the colored items haven't fared any better. The dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. The garbage disposal was never worked. The refrigerator leaks year round with water pooling under the crisper drawer causing a stench whenever the door is open. Insulation is poor to non-existant around windows. While pest extermination is done on a regular basis, it does nothing to abate the spiders, and crickets. There is a major water pressure problem. Parking is always a problem. There has been a constant management turn over, and the office hours are unreliable.
The move in special is just that. Your rent will increase every year, while the benefits of living here won't. The outward appearance is the only thing truly maintained. I was glad to graduate and move!
