I agree with the person who wrote on 06/20/2005 about the bugs. The person who stated they "LOVE THIS PLACE" is obviously someone who works for the Woodlands because whenever we tried to contact them for repairs, etc, there was never anyone in the office the entire year we lived there. I have never seen such HUGE spiders in my life and never so many crickets. I moved here from a farm which was next to a creek and we never had this bug problem. Also the wall next to our patio was falling down and the maintenance "kid" propped it up with a pice of wood---did not fix it. Also, when snowy-icy, the wooden walkways were never cleaned off---had to melt off. Lucky we didn't fall and hurt ourselves. Would not recommend it.
