Looks can be deceiving

At first glimpse, the apartments looked great...well maintained....nice interior and exterior. But wait till you move out!! You are charged for every single thing in the townhome. After paying a very steep deposit and monthly lease, they take almost all (if not all) of it back, for basic stuff. Like painting. I was extremely displeased with the level of service and the rude attitudes. The staff members hung up on me when I called. The level of customer service is truly unacceptable. I was very displeased with the staff at Three Fountains and would not recommend that ANYONE rent there, unless they don't mind to pay the price.
There are plenty other places to live that have nice neighborhoods and are well maintained for less. Remember, looks can be deceiving.
P.S. I will say, that I NEVER experienced any racism. I don't think that their rudeness is attributed to race, but simply to unprofessionalism.
