Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I have lived here for almost 3 years. Only had a few problems, until now where you can't get out of your lease when you are moving out of the area. Pool is broken for the heating. Can't rent the clubhouse. No fax machine in business office and the maintenance staff doesn't speak english!
