I moved in from out of state as while. I have had insect problems since day 1 and currently, the landscaping is done twice a year, grass stayed over a foot high in the spring and summer, very thin walls (you can hear everything), toweled stayed over flowing, and my wife said the office kept a sticky attitude! O, not to mention the walk to the trash!

I too live here. I knew I would have to walk to the trash compactor (which by the way) keeps the grounds very clean. I looked at 12 other apartment communities before making my decision. Unseasonably warm weather during last year's winter promote crickets. I don't know what "sticky office staff" means, but I they have delivered packages to my door, provided same day maintenance and have ben't over backwards to provide immediate responses to my concerns. As far as the grass grows, not only is it greener here it is immaculately groomed.

Hey just so everyone knows: tomjoe, is Clay the guy that works in the office!!! I really don't think its fair for staff to be able to write reviews on here. All the good reviews are from the staff, doesn't that say something about the place? They only deliever your packages so they can snoop in your apartment while your not home. I wouldn't want any of them in my apartment when I am not home including the shady maintenance staff. Another thing, there is no need to put an ' in the word bent!!!!!!!!!!!!!
