We have lived here for a little over a year and the layout of the apartments and the walking trail is fantastic. But unfortunately, living in the apartment is horrid. The insulation in the apartment is so bad that we can hear virtually everything our neighbors do. I'm not saying that the neighbor women isn't faithful to her husband/boyfriend but she really needs to start going to a hotel or something. We can hear the neighbors talking when we are in the either bathroom and we here pretty much everything else from the other rooms. Even my minor daughter is getting an Adult Education here. The maintenance was better with the old crew and the new lady is a flat out liar and rude. And the "assistant manager" needs to get back in the closet as far as I am concerned. I would rather talk to the useless manager than have him staring at me. I just wish that they would actually fix the problems rather than making up excuses. I haven't seen slum lords that are as sad as this bunch.
