This is a great apartment community! When my 80 year old father decided to move to Kansas City, I spent weeks checking out different apartment complexes. I was looking for one that was safe, had no steps and a responsive management. I found all of these at Timber Lakes at Red Bridge. It is a beautiful gated community with fishing lakes and great walking trails.
This has been a wonderful way for my father to keep his independence. He has a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. No stairs to worry about. The kitchen is easy for him to maneuver around in and the bathrooms are larger than in my house. The garage is very close to the apartment.
They have handicapped ramps for wheelchair use. The have done a wonderful job of keeping the roads and walkways cleared and salted in the winter time. The landscaping is beautiful and the maintenance people have been quick to respond to any problems we may have. The management (Linda) has been very responsive to all of his special requirements.
I don't understand the criticisms. We have had no problems at all in 4 years. This sure beats having Dad in an assisted living situation. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
