I have lived here for almost two years and I would not recommend it to anyone who values their dollar. When we moved in we were told that two other apartments would be ours before they finally showed us our actual apartment. Also, they told us that rent is higher because they have real tile instead of linoleum, SO WHAT' Apartments look nice to an untrained eye I suppose, but missing normal things like a pantry, towel racks, and drawers in the bathroom. Management is nothing short of rude and uncapable. The first year we lived here, the only utility we paid was electric. Then when we renewed our lease they added water to our responsibilities with no warning or notice. The water company had to tell me that Timberlakes added it to our lease after we had 2 months of water bills backed up. Also, there have been 4 ROBBERIES since I have lived here, and all they have is a 30 yard gate to prevent crime. I am staying here because I can't afford to move, and I cant stand the hassle of moving, but I am anxious to get out as soon as possible.
