THE COMMUNITY HAS HORRIBLE LIGHTING AND MY VEHICLE TOO WAS BROKEN INTO. THE GATE IS NEVER CLOSED AND THE "SECURITY" DOES NOTHING BUT PUT STICKERS ON CARS THAT BELONG HERE. THEY NEVER SEEM TO CATCH ANYONE WHO IS AN ACTUAL THIEF. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING AND THE PLACES YOUR VISITORS CAN PARK THERE IS NO LIGHTING. SO THE LIKELYHOOD OF THIER CAR BEING STOLEN IS GREAT. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS ON THE PROPERTY AND IF THEY ARE THEY DONT WORK AND THE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE IN THE SE DARK CONDITIONS ANYWAY. THE COMMUNITY MANAGER HAS MADE IOT VERY CLEAR SHE WOULD RATHER HARASS YOU ABOUT A PETTY $1.00 BALANCE THAN MAKE THE COMPLEX SAFE. EVEN WITHOUT THE GATE WHICH HAS NEVER WORKED FOR MORE THAN A DAY, THERE SOULD BE LIGHTING IN THE DARK SPOTS TO PROTECT OUR PROPERTY. THEY DON'T CARE BECAUSE THEY DONT PARK THEIR CARS HERE AT NIGHT.

people get on here and all they ever talk about is the negative things about T imberlane, but what about the good things. People are so negative and a lot of time the things they talk about are their fault. Ive lived at timberlane for 4 years and have never had a problem that wasnt fixed immediately. I bet a lot of the people wait until they are so mad that they call and complain and get mad when its not taken care of the same day. Like i was saying i love timberlane. work orders are completed with 48 hours unless its an emergency its fixed the same day. As far as parking, it is tight in certain areas but you would have known that if you looked at the property before moving in. you do at least get 1 FREE carport space. Im gonna be at timberlane until i buy a house so i will continue to praise them for all their good work. oh and about the gate... its not closed all the time i mean probably half of the time ive lived here its been closed but its not a security gate it just limits access. Your car can get stolen anywhere so please stop blaing it on the gates
