I've lived here for 2 years and had both good and bad experiences. The security level is bad because I've had my car broken into twice. That can happen anywhere though. The only bad neighbors I've ever had were evicted like a month later. I love the landscaping and the buidling I live in is quiet. If you get along with your neighbors, its a good living experience.

I didnt like the fact we only had 1 parking spot per apartment because my family has more than 1 car. Sometimes my neighbors would park crooked or even park in our 1 spot.

I also didnt like the fact that when we signed the lease, the agent told us we could use the clubhouse for little get-togethers but once we signed the lease, they all of a sudden had to many issues with that, and quit allowing it.

The whole controlled gate access thing is ridiculous since we only have 1 key and to get another one, we would have to pay $30 for each one. The gate was always open, and when they did close it, ee wouldn't have the key on us because we didn't know the gate would be closed. Sometimes the line to get into the gate would extend all of the way to QuickTrip next door.

I used to have a problem with 1 of the agents in the office but once she was released, I felt fine.

Overall, this place is conveniently located to work, Interstates, and school for me and I like my neighbors and the overall atmosphere here.
