We lived right across from the main office, so noise level was a little higher than most would have, but we also had more than enough parking.
Grounds was ok, and wouldn't describe this area as the safest in the world, but never had any problems. A/C was great, but wouldn't work in the guest bedroom/ office, so my computers were always running really hot! All maintenance requests were fixed the very next day.
