I have been a resident here for almost five years and every year things get worse. When I moved in 2002, the area seemed pretty nice, but looks can be deceiving. Since my time of moving in I have been here for a murder-suicide , a shooting last november where 3 people were shot here, rent being stolen twice from the mailroon and a car broken into after a domestice dispute from the people living next to us where about 7 people were outside yelling and screaming. However, they want you to believe that this is a gated community and that security is always monitoring the community grounds. (False Advertising). I am really shocked on the quick response that everyone says they get from the office, because I have been calling the manager Regina since September 9 and still have had no response. I have talked to everyone else in the office and "NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA ABOUT ANYTHING IN THERE). I would be really concerned at the corporate office to have people running a business and no one knows what they are doing. Plus wehn errors are made due to their lack of communication in the office or basically lack of job skill and professionalism, they still have the nerve to be really nasty with their tenants. Plus when there are issues that need to be resolved from tenant to managment, and not namagement to tenant everyone passes the buck and you can never get straight forward answers. As I mentioned before, I am still waiting on my call back. "Beware of hidden policies that they develop as they want. They are not in the lease agreement, you will get caught up and have to pay alot more than you bargained for."

I'm having the same problems. My boyfriends truck got broken into this past December. Right now we're in the process of getting out of here
