problem #1 people are rude including staff members: I'm currently a high risk pregnancy and frequently the ambulance comes by to which they have trouble locating our apartment number. We have asked the staff if there was anything that can be done about it and there response was "there's a map right out there"
Our refridge makes loud noise which was reported and that was told to us it was sign that it's old and on it's way to stop working but nothing they can do until it does go out-what happens to the food that's in there....it spoils
problem #2 I live on the bottom floor and we have complained about excess noise from the people directly above us at least 5 different times within a month and nothing was done about it. The noise is late in the evening when we're asleep and it wakes us up.
problem #3 The parking is okay now after I made 3 different complaints about people parking under our carport
problem #4 We have 5-6 water spots on the ceiling due to when it rained which was reported 2 different times and they're supposedly fixing the roof
problem #5 There's ant problems coming through the walls

HOWEVER IT IS RAYTOWN SO WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT

This person is just upset because they feel management is not catering to them. When a problem occurs management does the best they can to solve the problem and as far as the noise issue, it was addressed. This person has not complained as many times as they are reporting, and like i said when they report something it is taken care to the best of their ability. With parking yes you have a spot, but is mgmt supposed to sit outside your space and patrol who parks in what spot... No i dont think so. If someone parks there, the residents know to call metro patrol and they will come out and again address the problem. If you have a problem please come to the office.

I used to live there and metro patrol did NOTHING when I reported someone in my spot. In fact, they would accuse me of trying to break into my own apartment because I would sit on the steps outside for some air, since there were so many wasps on the balcony. They would tell me I need to go inside because Im not allowed to sit on the stairs, it looks suspect. I let her know, I will sit anywhere I want to sit, I pay the rent, and that crazy b---- didnt say much else to me. In fact, after that, security was not around that much at all, which is probably why the car robberies became out of control. This complex was horrible. And for the manager above to say it is not her responsibility to make sure tenants do not park in other's spots, just shows how poorly managed this place is. That manager above's response was so unprofessional, and that is only a glimpse of how they act in person. BEWARE OF TIMBERLANE,lol.

I used to live there an it is true that even when you do call neither patrol nor management does anything about someone parking in your space. It would be the dead of winter and I was 8 months pregnant having to walk from the parking lot across the street to get to my place because for days other people parked in my space and they did nothing!
