I've live in this complex for 2 year. There is a definite difference between living in the front of the complex vs living toward the back. Overall it seemed to be a different element (people) that lived toward the rear of the complex. Word to the wise, always say that you need to see the apartement before signing a lease...whether it is ready to be viewed or not.

The building that I currently reside in is poorly constructed and very different from the "model" apartments that they showed me. My current apartment is lopsided, doors shut on there own, waterspots started forming during the last major rain, and the appliances are older than my parents...really. My carpet smells like cat urine even though they set a professional to clean it...simply disgusting. The security is non-existant. WHEN the gate works it's at times when it doesn't really matter. We need it to work in the evening to keep out the miscriants. And the noise level...for booming cars at all hours of the day and night, to rude neighbors that think that everyone loves rap...this was the worst. When I come home from a long day I just want peace, and I don't always get it.

The good things...well, the grounds are well kept and the office staff is really nice and helpful. Oh, and the rent is affordable. But other than that I would have to give this place 2 stars; and the office staf would get 4 stars.
