Timberline Apartments

DON'T DO - BAIT AND SWITCH From: tribalbj@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My daughter and I moved into Timberline because we were assured by the person showing the Townhouse that the environment was safe and secure, that the management was responsive, and the water was included as a part of the rent. Management sucks, they don't fix anything. Our townhouse was broken into 3 times within 9 months - Management didn't do anything about it, and they even know who the tenants were that was causing the problems. Our vehicles were vandalized, their gas bill was estimated and not correct. 6 months into our lease they decided to tack on water usage charges to our rent. They did not have the townhouse ready and fixed when we moved in, it took them more than 5 months to even put screens on the windows, and put bedroom and bathroom doors on. After several calls and complaining, they finally put screens on, and only a bathroom door. I contacted their corporate office in California via e-mail and a phone call, and even they did not respond. This place does not care about it's tennants, only getting their money, then screwing you around with excuse after excuse. Don't do it - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.... Don't do it - Do not move here no matter how desperate you may be. DON'T DO IT... They lead you to believe one thing, then as soon as you move in - YOU'RE STUCK, AND SCREWED. They don't follow thru on anything, and make life living there hell for as long as you can stand it.
