Valentine Apartments is a very nice place to live. It's quiet for the most part, due to the fact that there are older people that live there. Also, everyone's real friendly. The only 2 things that concern me are the fact that you are able to smoke in the hallways. I don't wanna walk through a cloud of smoke while going to my apartment. Also, the parking lot is not very safe. Valentine Apts. share a parking lot with the Family Dollar next to it. So, if someone messes with your car, it could be anyone. My radio was stolen out of my car in broad daylight, and no one was suprised. Two people were shot in the parking lot while going to the bar next door. It's not real safe.
