The manager sends residents to eviction if she doesn't like you or you do not cater to her. She has left the complex along with taking rent records and money.

Someone who is anonymous is usually someone who has been evicted for not paying rent, a free loader. This property is under new management who is determined to impress the owners and the tenants.

I wonder if that manager ever worked at The Mansions apartments in Independence. That happened to me when I lived there and when I told all in a review on this website, they took their name off this website. Shame on you Jocelyn. It has since been cleared up with a new manager in the office.
