There has been issues in the past with this place but those situations are over. Now that new management has taken over, this place has came a long way. These apartments are in a perfect location, many businesses right in very close walking distance and a bus stop right around the corner. A great spot for a family that is trying to put money away for a house because rent is reasonable and you only have to pay for gas and electric. The only thing that runs on gas is the furnace because the gas that is used by the hot water tanks is paid for by the apartment complex. My gas and electric bill were always pretty reasonable. The current apartment manager is a very
endearing person but will not be taken advantage of. I have seen a few tenants move in there, only to move out a few months down the road because they misrepresented themselves as responsible people and ended up not supporting that representation with their actions. If a person is causing problems in the complex they will be dealt with which is best for the rest of the community.
