I have lived here now for over three years and nothing has changed! I have complained about the air conditioner not working right yet nothing i am disabled and need this yet the coolest it gets is around 80 it runs 24/7. My bill is so high i have to have help paying it. I have fans going to to help.
When i moved in the rug had burns and was filthy the pipes leaked yet still do the water comes out brown at first so drink bottled water. Nothing has been done to improve the tenants that move in in fact it has gotten worse. I read on net says house setting and so on none of this is offered along with on sight management only here certain days and hours of the week now. Things are going down even more. I was promised a new air unit a play ground carpet and new dishwasher and fridge. NOTHING partys music drugs. I am trying all i can to get out but hard to do in these times.
The only thing here is an apartment nothing else and things that are here that should be known by city codes even. At one time my stove was even wired directely into the wall. I had a burner in first apt i moved in before and the burner caught on fire every time you tried to use it they moved me up to be on level floor but it was worse with the air the way it was. Whem i was i wheelchair and at times have to use one refused to help with putting in ramp or bar for bathroom for it is still steps down on level floor.
this is beyond ghetto. I had seizure in hall someone in process of police and all snuck around my purse and took my meds out so this is a dump!!!!
