These "lofts" are cheaply built and cheaply "managed." The walls are hollow concrete even though I was told otherwise. You can hear absolutely everything your neighbors do, smell everything your neighbors do, and put up with your crappy neighbors (for the most part-some are ok). The so-called security arm-gate-things for the parking lot never work and are pointless anyways. The amount of rent you pay for this place is not worth what you get. Windows don't close all of the way and maintenance scratches their heads and say that's just the way it is. My A/C doesn't keep up so when it's 90-100 out it's around 77-79 in my apartment which they say is a one bedroom, but it really is a studio. Don't live hear unless you want to deal with all of this BS.
