Vine Street Lofts

-------- Management and -------- housing!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved in to Vine Street Lofts, being so excitied that my fiance and I just got a wonderful apartment. Not but two weeks in the middle of the winter, I had a herendous draft comming in through my window. We spoke with manager and maitenance and they both told me it would be dealt with immed., needless to say it was four weeks before it was fixed and the maitenance man fixed it with a flathead screwdriver. We had a crack in our light in the bathroom, the maitenance man took it the cover off and said that he would have a new one in two weeks; well it is now april and I still have yet to see the cover for my bathroom light! I was recently in the hospital for 4 weeks, we told the manager that we wouldnt have all the money for rent and he said that was fine and that he unterstood. Well 3 days later I had an eviction notice on my door, How's that for understanding' The smell when you pull into the parking lot is awful, your neighbors are inconsiderite -------s. someone broke into our apartment "that has an alarm" and stole 300dollars, before christmas they stole the wreath of our front door. pretty much do not move in to Vine Street Lofts they are a complete waste of money and time. The managament doesnt give two shits about anyone who lives there as long as he gets his money. oh yea, and he is never there!!!!!!
