I've had opportunities to manage several differant properties, but I choose to stay here because I love the residents, and the property. Unfortunatly, this website is based off of 99% anonumous people, and the same upset person can put 50 bad reviews against if they want, ridiculous, they don't even have to be a resident, anyone can make a review.Also take into consideration, apartment communities can write reviews againt other communities to promote themself, and make others look bad(they just act like an upset resident making up false accusations).You have to take the bad reviews with a grain of salt, consider the source. I welcome you to come to Vivion Oaks and see the rolling hills, spacious apartments, and professional staff for yourself. We maintain a very high occupancy, because of our high qualities, see for yourself!!
