It's okay, for an apartment place, you get what you pay for.

I have lived here for one month so far. It is okay. The maintainence is a little slow, but if you call the office and talk to someone they come promptly. The noise isn't so bad. I live on the bottom floor. The only thing I hear is footsteps and the upstairs three year old bouncing around. But I don't mind that, he is just a kid. The rent is a little high. The first night I moved in, there were two incidents of someone breaking in and stealing things, but they caught him. I think I heard a gun shot the other night, but it also could have been fireworks, who knows. I moved from the east side (if you don't know what the ghetto is go down to 18th and Topping). This place is much better than that and doesn't have section 8 people begging you for money and cigarettes or people throwing a party in your rental lot at 3am! As with anything, you get what you pay for. I am glad I moved here.
p.s. incase maintainence is reading this, please get rid of the speed bumps, they are killing my car.
