Vivion Oaks Apartments

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! From: Tiredofrenting81 Date posted: 6/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I went on a "tour" of these apartments. TRASHY!!! I was shown a 2Bdrm 2bath. It was DISGUSTING the carpet was gross! The explanation I recieved was that it was going to be cleaned...it needed new carpet BAD! The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, so I asked the woman if she knew if the previous resident was a smoker. I have a 6 month old and don't want her crawling on dirty smoke filled carpets. Of course she said she didn't know but that she didn't smell anything. The whole tour lasted about 2 mins and as soon as I said I needed to think about it the rude ass practically ran to her car and sped down the parking lot...kinda unsafe for how many kids live there don't you think'! As soon as she pulled this crap I knew this was NOT the place for us!!
