This complex is littered. I have had items stolen from my storage closet. My vehicle severely damaged in a hit an run at 3:30 in the morning this last winter. No one is friendly. Managements cheap attempts to help landscaping timbers are patched together which just make the place trashier. Specifically on the north side of the complex. I moved in and the carpet was already 5 years old, when I requested replacement, they stated 7 or 8 years. With low grade carpet like this, you don't get even 5 years. It was already stained with kool-aid like stains. Had to clean it myself before moving in just to make sure it was actually clean. The security company that is on contract has no on-site presence, you call, and they are worthless. Constantly having to pick up litter in the parking lot and in the breeze ways. It is an embarrassment to live here, which is why I have never invited my family over. The people that live her have no respect for the community, litter constantly, and door ding anything in the parking lots. I have had it, but got locked into a revolving contract for another year. And with only 2 washer/dryer units between 18 units, lazy bastards will leave their laundry in for up to hours. Inconsiderate, rude, trashy is how I would summarize my neighbors.
