Vivion Oaks Apartments

this place sucks!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 2 responses   In years that I've lived here I've had mess with mess clothes in the laundry room I caught a Maintenance guy drinking & smoking & sleeping in there once. And as for managment there rude and every unprofessional. I've heard gun shots more than once. I've had to call the cops on the Maintenance guy for fighting with a other tenat they breaking out each others car windows and slashed each othere's tires aswell very childish. people have had there cars broken into more once around here they have security, but there around when you need them. the Maintenance guy comes in your apartment when your not here and nothing need to be fixed. they've even passed flyers about people breaking into apartments,with no signs of forced entry yeah NO ---- it's your Maintenance guys!! I thought Apartment complex's ran credit checks'' Not here if your low-life TRASH come on in. the more the better and they wound why it's so bad here.Hell even the apartment manager moved out of here. if your smart DON'T MOVE HERE!!
