I have lived here for two years and can not wait to get out. i would have moved last year if my lease hadn't automatically renewed. I was promised that I could move from an apartment to a townhome when my last lease was up, and so when my lease was up I attempted to move to a townhome. They told me they never promised me anything, and that I would have to stay in the apartment. the management is extremely rude, and when you call requesting for something to be fixed, they are rude. A pipe broke in my wall and flooded my closet, ruining all of my clothes. They refused to replace them because I didnt have renters insurance. The lights in the stairway dont work, trash in parking lot all the time. my car has been broken into, someone put eggs in the washers so you cant use them. 80% of the tenants are inconsiderate thugs. People dont watch their kids and they vandalize property. UNBELIEVABLY high gas and electric bills. this place absolutely sucks. Rent is way too high for a trashy place like this.
