I've read most of the reviews on this site and most of them don't describe the place I've lived for the past 8 years. The office staff at Vivion Oaks are very friendly and professional. The maintenance staff always respond to calls within a reasonable amount of time. As for the rudeness some of the people describe, I've never seen or heard any of it. One reviewer said they could'nt get a townhome they were promised, well it's my understanding that you must pay your rent to make any in-house transfer before your lease is up. All in all it just sounds like a bunch of whiny deadbeats who want everything

does a whiny deadbeat work 45 hours a week and attend college at night? AND always pay their rent on time? didnt think so.

It's your understanding, huh? You just know that - it's certainly not because you work in the office.
By the way, the office staff is just petty enough to spend their time on here trying to write good reviews of this dump. This is the behavior you get in the office.

HOW THE HELL DID YOU KNOW THAT PERSON DIDN'T PAY RENT????????? This was obviously written by the management office or someone so cracked out they don't know any better. When you have a sex offender living there or a shooting in the complex or vandalism or break ins, then it IS NOT A SAFE PLACE!!!!!!!!!! As for the management office, these people were very nice until I signed my life away on their lease. The maintainance people would just barge into your apartment and then leave a huge mess for you to clean up. I can believe the management offices would stoop so low as to putting in a fake rating. NICE TRY A**HOLES!!!!!!!!! Maybe you should get off your high horse and accept the fact that you suck as people and as managers!!!!

Has anyone considered that this might be on of the crackheads that contributes to the problems? Maybe that's why they have lived here for 8 blissful years ;o).
