changing to section 8 From: mdog23 Date posted: 5/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 1 response   the problem is vivion oaks is changing to section 8 so now you have these low life trouble makers breaking in cars, apartments, stealing mail left at door and at the same time the people that have been here our rent keeps raising i started at 675 a month now they want 730 a month while section 8 people destroy peoples property and only have to pay 30 a month i cant wait to get out of this stinkhole P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
