Waldo Heights Apartments

Used to be better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005   I used to live there when it was called Champlain Apts. The same people who caused problems then are still hanging around now. No, they do not live there, but somehow they manage to stay on the property. We had wonderful neighbors and a good landlord until about my fourth year living there. Brittany Point(aka Beacon Hill)now part of the same complex has always had problems. Once the two complexes merged Champlain went downhill. Changing the name does not always change the character. President Gardens will always be President Gardens. I agree with the current evaluations, as long as section 8 is allowed to move in and screening is not done, there will always be trouble.
