The people who manage the building are awful, because they will never take any responsibility to any of your issues, except take money from you... if anything really happened to you, you will only get tons of excuses from them, but nothing really helps. If you dare to confront with them, they will kick you out from their office!!!

I've been here since November 2008 and have had nothing but good experiences with the office staff. There's been zero change over which is enouraging. I've never seen anyone thrown out. There's a nice older lady who is as sweet as she can be. Laura is not usually up for random chit-chat but whenever I've had a problem she's jumped on it. You can expect her to be direct and to the point, don't try and waste her time. Anna, the manager is also very nice, and if you are a high maintenance person who needs the all smiles chit-chat, she's always there for you.
