I loved living here-- kinda shabby but overall not too bad when you consider not too baD neighbors, free gas, free water I have fire place-balcony and two bedroom for 527. I loved living here at first even though the set up of my apt is weird.. Right when you open the door the kitchen is directly on the right your kinda in it when you walk in-- Also when I first moved in the power went out about 3-4 times a month for days on end.. due to poor electrical wiring me and my neighbors would have to go w/ out power.. Also being so close to the woods there are all kinds of bugs-- and they spray for free but the weird bugs dont go away and I have a spotless apt! Plus now there is a new brown haired lady in the office, she is very hateful and rude.. If my rent is 3 days late she calls and leaves threatening letters on my door.. The Policies are great you can move out after 8 months and the main manger (older lady) is nice.. but since the new lady in the office is so hateful makes me feel unwelcome and adds stress if I dont have my paycheck on time-- not to mention you can hear/smell what ever your neigbors are doing and the parking sucks-- oh yeah -- for some reason the location of these apts -- seems to have a black cloud over the whole complex-- Im serious if there is bad weather you Know it goes right here-- over all when I first moved in I would of gave this apt B now I would say C-/D
