We've been here a few months. Our apartment is on the bottom floor. It stays pretty cool. We had a high electriv bill last month but it also has been 100 degrees this month. The two pools (one for adults only and one for families) are great so if I want to go for a morning swim with out getting hit in the head with a raft or squirt gun I can, or if I want to take the kids and have fun with out grumpy adults telling them to be quiet we can do that too. I love that we have the woods behind us to help keep the apartment shady, but it does get a little dark and creepy at night. I feel safe but I am just scared of the dark and that a racoon will jump out and get me hahaha! The only complaint I have is that EVERY time I get in the shower someone else in my building does too and it gets cold for a while....oh and the spiders. I have occasional spiders around my windows and in my bathroom shower...but not bad enough that I wouldn't reccomend the apartments. Hopefully they will be gone in the winter. The office staff has been nothing but nice to me. I rented the clubhouse for my dad's birthday party and it is really nice. The only other thing I can think of is I have an older modle stove and it has a Stainless Steel top and it gets Burning hot whenever the oven is on....very NOT safe for kids. I have to make sure mine are not in the kitchen when I am using the oven. Hopefully some of the other apartments have newer stoves. I would make sure before you rent it though if you have small ones. For $650 in this area, you can't do better.
