Great place to live...

I lived here for a year and would have to say the goods definitely out weigh the bads. Yes the place was built in the 70'-80's and looks like it, and some things like the kitchen drawers and cabinets are a little oddly shaped but still fuctional. For the space you get compared to the rent you pay you really can't beat it. I never had a problem with the office staff, some are more direct and to the point than others but overall they were all pretty friendly and were quick to help with anything from the time I moved in till I moved out.
I never had any problems with bugs even though my apartment was way in the back at the end of the road backed up to the edge of the woods, parking was never a problem...there were always plenty of spaces. There is only one washer and dryer per building but there is a laundry-mat less than a mile away as well as plenty of shopping and places to eat. I was fortunate enough to have quiet neighbors so noise was never a problem.
My only complaints are the before mentioned kitchen which is fine if you don't really cook much, the cable....Time Warner had to rewire the place to get it working right but once it was done it worked fine. Other than that I enjoyed my time there and wouldn't have moved if I didn't take a new job out of state.
