Where to start. Management is terrible. They often do not return calls. I had an ant infestation in my apartment and the office ignored my several request to get an exterminator. Maintenance usually did an ok job, but they totally screwed up once. My roommate was asleep when the maintenance guy came to fix the toilet. After he fixed the toilet, he opened the bedroom door and started to look around before my roommate yelled at him. I told the office and they said they would take care of it. It was not taken care of, as my roommate saw the guy still working there the next day. The amenities suck. The boats are covered in duck poop. The work out room is full of broken down machines. You're lucky to even to get in. I went there 5 times and the doors were locked before they supposed to be. The front gate is a joke. All it does is back up cars on to 43rd Street because nobody can figure out their friends code. The place is unsafe. The people in my building are shady and rude. There is graffiti that I reported to the office, but they ignored my request to have it removed. If you like living in mediocrity, this is the place for you! Oh, by the way, they have section 8.

NOT ALL SECTION 8 PEOPLE ARE DIRTY AND NASTY BECUZ I HAVE SECTION 8 AND I LIKE NICE THINGS AND A WELL GROOMED PERSON SO NOT ALL SECTION 8 PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE BECUZ I LIVED HERE B4 AND I HAD SECTION 8 AND MY APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE LOOKING I EVEN HAD EXPENSIVE THINGS
